PROBLEM
Inspect and calibrate HWT Plant.

 

ASSESSMENT
Tank - Upfold 13 basket, 1 every 10 minutes

Controller - Sigma digital
Recorder - Seconic SK - 50P 0 - 100°C with 100mm chart

The HWT tank at Bushlands was visited by L Jackson and N Moonsamy on the 4.10.95,  where they were met by Mr. A. Cremer.

The temperature in the tank was tested on arrival and found to be running at 50.1°C, and there was no variation in the temperature throughout the entire tank. At the 10 minute intervals when the new baskets were inserted the temperature around this basket dropped to 49.8°C for about 3 minutes before returning to 50.1°C, which is perfect.

This is a very smooth and well run operation.
